Vantage™ Public Beta Terms

These Public Beta Terms supplement the Vantage™ Terms of Service. They are intended to make the Beta relationship unusually clear: the service is usable, but still being measured, hardened, and expanded.
1. Beta status
Public Beta is a pre-general-availability release. Features, workflows, integrations, models, limits, and interfaces may change as evidence improves. The initial cohort may be capped to protect support quality and system reliability.
2. Current capability boundary
Vantage™ may advise, prepare work, create tasks, request approval, execute supported internal state transitions, prepare private content-production work, and learn from measured results. External execution is available only where the product explicitly shows a compatible installed adapter and the required authority. If an adapter is unavailable, the product may prepare the work for review but must not claim that the external action occurred. Creation of a private Persona Video asset is not social-media publication.
3. Owner review and approvals
You remain responsible for consequential decisions. During Beta, review AI-generated offers, copy, analyses, recommendations, action plans, Persona Video scripts and finished media, and proposed external changes before approving or publishing them. Public, financial, strategic, privacy-sensitive, high-risk, rendering, or irreversible actions may require explicit action-level approval.
4. Experimental media features
AI Persona Video Rendering may be temporarily unavailable, slower than expected, subject to queue capacity, or restricted to technically supported durations and formats. Before customer rendering is enabled, Vantage™ may require technical readiness checks such as endpoint reachability, authentication, required model and audio components, private-output handling, and baseline visual/safety review. Real-world performance, rendering economics, conversion results, and campaign benchmarks are learned from actual customer and campaign use and are not substitutes for that use or automatic prerequisites to customer access. A feature labeled as experimental, preview, preparation-only, or unavailable should not be treated as a promise of current execution capability.
5. Feedback and measurement
Public Beta is designed to learn. Vantage™ may measure activation, feature use, approval state, task completion, support issues, billing state, render reliability and time-to-output, and the outcomes you voluntarily record. You may provide product feedback through the service. Feedback may be used to improve Vantage™ without an obligation to implement a particular suggestion.
6. No guaranteed business outcome
Participation does not guarantee business formation, market demand, customers, income, sales, followers, conversion, financing, profit, or any other commercial result. Vantage™ can improve structure, continuity, preparation, testing, content production, and learning; market outcomes remain uncertain.
7. Success Start, Founder’s Circle, and cohort terms
When customer enrollment is deliberately opened, Success Start provides a seven-day free trial of Vantage™ with $0 charged during the trial. A payment method is collected securely at enrollment. Unless the participant cancels before the trial ends, Founder’s Circle automatically begins after the trial at $67 per month with 0% Vantage™ success share on the customer’s sales. Cancelling during the free trial prevents the recurring Founder’s Circle membership from beginning and results in a $0 Success Start charge. Where AI Persona Video Rendering is opened after technical readiness certification, the Public Beta add-on test plans are presented as Creator 30 at $19.99 per month for up to 30 finished videos, Creator 60 at $29.99 per month for up to 60, and Creator 90 at $39.99 per month for up to 90, each with a maximum finished-video duration of 30 seconds. These plans do not automatically bill per-video overages; rendering stops at the monthly allowance until reset or an available upgrade. The price and cohort size for future participants may change. During a release state explicitly labeled test-open, Vantage™ may provide no-charge testing access; such access does not itself create a future subscription or automatic charge. An existing paid subscription remains governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law until changed or cancelled through the supported process.
8. Persona and likeness responsibility
If you supply a reference image, likeness, voice, brand, product image, or other source material for AI-assisted media, you must have the rights and permissions needed for that use. Vantage™ may require a likeness-consent attestation and may reject or suspend a render or account where rights, safety, deception, or platform-compliance concerns arise. You are responsible for reviewing synthetic-media disclosure, advertising, endorsement, intellectual-property, and destination-platform requirements before publication.
9. Support and incident reporting
Beta participants should report product failures, unclear authority states, unexpected billing, render failures, rights concerns, data concerns, or misleading execution state through the Support page. Action/reference or render-job IDs may be used to diagnose the issue without asking for payment-card details or bearer secrets.
10. Beta exit
You may stop using the Beta and cancel Success Start during the seven-day free trial or cancel a recurring subscription through the supported billing flow. Vantage™ may also pause or close a Beta cohort or media renderer for security, quality, reliability, abuse, legal, rights, capacity, or operational reasons, subject to applicable obligations.
