How Vantage™ handles information.
Version: privacy-2026-08-31 · Last updated August 31, 2026
This notice describes the information handled by the Vantage™ Public Beta, why it is used, the principal legal grounds used where applicable, and the controls available to account holders. Vantage™ is designed around persistent business context, so customers should understand that information intentionally supplied to Business DNA, the Digital Business Map, Coach, Operator, approvals, content production, and feedback can be retained to preserve continuity.
1. Intended users
Vantage™ Public Beta is intended for adults using the service for business, professional, entrepreneurial, or organizational purposes. It is not directed to children. Do not intentionally provide personal information about children through Business DNA, prompts, media references, or other product features.
2. Information you provide
Depending on how you use the service, Vantage™ may process account information such as your email address; Business DNA answers; business goals, constraints, skills, offers, audiences and operating preferences; prompts and feedback; approval decisions; support requests; information needed to administer your selected billing relationship; and, if you use media-production features, persona descriptions, scripts, voice selections, reference images, logos, product images, and your attestation that you have permission to use a submitted likeness.
3. Information generated or collected through use
Vantage™ creates product state such as Digital Business Map progress, recommendations, hypotheses, positioning, prepared Operator work, tasks, approvals, execution records, measured outcomes, Decision/Learning Ledger entries, Next Best Actions, media-generation job records, render status, private generated assets, and technical metadata needed to diagnose or account for a render. Public Beta also records limited acquisition and product events such as a random browser identifier, page or funnel event, referral/UTM context, timestamps, signup/activation state, and reliability information so we can understand whether the customer path works. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored as full card numbers in the Vantage™ application database.
4. Why we use information
- Provide, secure, and personalize the Vantage™ service.
- Preserve Business DNA and business-stage continuity.
- Generate Coach recommendations and Operator preparations.
- Create customer-requested private AI-assisted content assets.
- Enforce permissions, likeness-consent attestations, approvals, billing entitlements, quotas, and security boundaries.
- Measure reliability, activation, customer experience, render quality, and Beta performance.
- Respond to support, privacy, rights, billing, and account requests.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain audit integrity, and improve the service.
- Send optional promotional or product-update communications only where an appropriate opt-in or other lawful permission exists.
5. Legal bases where applicable
Privacy laws use different terminology and do not all require the same legal basis. Where a legal basis is required, Vantage™ generally processes information as necessary to provide or administer the service and perform a customer agreement; for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, reliability, support, product measurement, and improvement where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights; to comply with legal obligations; and, where required, on the basis of consent. Optional promotional email consent is separate from reserving a Public Beta place and may be withdrawn for future promotional messages. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or service communications supported by another lawful basis.
6. AI and media processing
Information submitted to AI-powered features may be sent to configured AI service providers or processed by Vantage-controlled model infrastructure for the purpose of generating the requested output. Vantage™ minimizes the operating context sent to providers to what is useful for the task and maintains separate product state in its own application database. AI Persona Video may process a reference image or persona description, script, generated speech, video frames, and synchronization data. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, another person’s likeness or voice without appropriate permission, or information you are not authorized to process.
7. Payments
Payment-card details are handled by Stripe through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-supported payment experiences. Vantage™ stores billing identifiers and status needed to provide entitlements, reconcile events, manage subscriptions, enforce Persona Video monthly allowances, and support applicable Success Start or Growth Partnership economics. Vantage™ does not need to store full card numbers in its application database.
8. Service providers and recipients
Vantage™ uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication/database services, AI processing, GPU compute, payments, and—when configured—transactional communications. Some AI/media processing may run on Vantage-controlled deployments of licensed model components. Providers receive information only as needed for their role in delivering the service and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, and applicable contractual controls. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse or fraud, or complete a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.
9. International processing and transfers
Vantage™ is operated from the United States and its providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ by jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a recognized mechanism for a restricted international transfer, Vantage™ will use an available lawful mechanism or provider safeguard appropriate to that transfer, such as an applicable adequacy framework, contractual safeguard, or other permitted basis. If a required transfer or processing mechanism is not available for a particular feature or geography, Vantage™ may limit that affected processing or availability rather than represent the requirement as satisfied.
10. Private generated media
Generated Persona Video assets are designed to be stored privately and made available to the account owner through controlled download access. Creating a private asset does not publish it to a social network. Vantage™ may retain the generated asset, source references, job status, and related production metadata while needed to provide the service, support downloads, investigate failures or rights complaints, enforce billing/usage rules, and maintain legitimate audit records.
11. Public Beta analytics and automated assistance
The Public Beta records events such as landing-page activity, signup, onboarding progress, activation, pricing/checkout state, Coach/Operator milestones, approvals, render lifecycle, measured results, and feedback. Anonymous public-site events use a random browser identifier rather than requiring a name. Vantage™ does not use the Public Beta event layer as a reason to collect sensitive personal information.
Vantage™ uses automated systems and AI to generate recommendations, scores, prepared work, and content. During Public Beta, those systems are designed to support business decisions rather than make solely automated decisions about a person that Vantage™ intends to have legal or similarly significant effects. Consequential Operator actions remain subject to the product’s authority, capability, and approval boundaries. Contact Support if you believe an automated output has materially affected your account or rights and you need human review.
12. Retention
Business state and media records are retained while needed to operate the account, preserve continuity, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes or rights complaints, maintain security, or support legitimate audit records. Retention periods can differ by record type and by legal or operational need. Records may be deleted, de-identified, or retained longer where reasonably necessary for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, rights complaints, backups, or legal compliance.
13. Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and other rights
Account holders may submit an access, correction, or deletion request through the Support page or the contact address below. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sales/sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, appeal a privacy-request decision, or complain to a competent privacy/data-protection authority. Vantage™ may need to verify identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. Where applicable law sets a response deadline, Vantage™ will handle verified requests within that required period.
14. California and browser privacy signals
Vantage™ does not sell Public Beta account conversations, Business DNA content, submitted likeness references, private generated Persona Video assets, or customer account information to advertisers. During this Public Beta, Vantage™ does not use account personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where California or another applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control for sale or sharing, Vantage™ will treat a recognized signal as the applicable opt-out request. Because legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not express one uniform legal or technical standard, Vantage™ does not use that legacy signal as a substitute for a recognized legally required preference signal or an explicit privacy request.
15. Your choices and communications
You control what Business DNA and business information you submit, whether to provide a persona reference image, whether to attest likeness permission, whether to approve consequential Operator or rendering actions, whether to publish a generated asset, and whether to continue a paid subscription. Reserving a Public Beta place does not require consent to optional promotional email. Optional promotional communications should provide an opt-out where applicable. Service-related, security, billing, account, or legal communications that are necessary to administer an existing relationship may be sent under a different lawful basis where permitted.
16. Security and Beta limitations
Vantage™ uses authentication, row-level data controls, private media storage, expiring download access, server-side secrets, permission boundaries, and action-level approval architecture. No internet service can promise absolute security. Public Beta may contain defects, and customers should review important AI-generated work before relying on or publishing it.
17. Geographic and jurisdiction-specific requirements
Online access does not mean every privacy regime applies to every user or that every feature is available in every jurisdiction. Where Vantage™ intentionally offers a service in a jurisdiction whose law applies to the relevant processing, applicable mandatory privacy rights and obligations are respected to the extent required. Jurisdiction-specific obligations—such as a local representative, transfer mechanism, registration, impact assessment, or additional notice—may depend on scale, targeting, processing activity, and local law. Vantage™ may limit or localize affected processing where a required control has not yet been established.
18. Changes to this notice
Vantage™ may update this Privacy Notice as the Public Beta, providers, features, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version/date and, where applicable, additional notice or consent. Prior records remain governed by applicable law and the notices/terms relevant to their collection and use.
19. Contact
Vantage™ is operated for this Public Beta by Christopher Lee Michaels, 2150 Century Park East, Century City, CA 90067. Use the Vantage™ Support page or email support@vantagebusinessos.com for privacy, access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, opt-out, rights, security, billing, or account questions. If applicable law gives you a right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority, this contact path does not limit that right.
