Vantage™ Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Vantage™, including the Public Beta. By creating an account, accepting an applicable commercial agreement, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any plan-specific terms presented to you.

1. Service

Vantage™ is an AI-supported business operating system that can store Business DNA, organize work through the Digital Business Map, provide AI Business Coach recommendations, prepare work through the AI Business Operator, request approvals, create private content-production assets where enabled, track measured outcomes, and retain decisions and learning. Available features can differ by plan, release stage, permissions, integration availability, geography, and Beta maturity.

2. Eligibility and business use

Vantage™ Public Beta is intended for adults using the service for business, professional, entrepreneurial, or organizational purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement. If you use Vantage™ for an organization or another legal person, you represent that you have authority to bind or act for that organization to the extent required. Vantage™ is not directed to children and should not be used to intentionally submit children’s personal information.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, supplying accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may use the service only for information, content, business activity, images, voices, brands, and likenesses you have the right to process.

4. AI outputs and business decisions

AI-generated recommendations, analyses, forecasts, copy, plans, images, audio, video, prepared actions, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain artifacts. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and deciding whether to rely on, publish, or act on them. Vantage™ does not provide a guarantee of income, sales, followers, conversion, profitability, financing, market acceptance, or business success.

5. Operator authority

Vantage™ distinguishes advice, prepared work, owner-approved execution, and automation. Public, financial, strategic, privacy-sensitive, high-risk, or irreversible actions may require explicit approval. Approval alone does not guarantee that Vantage™ can execute an action: a compatible, available integration or execution adapter may also be required. Creation of a private content asset is not publication. The service must not represent an external action as completed when it was not actually executed.

6. Plans, Success Start, and billing

When Success Start enrollment is opened, Success Start is a seven-day free trial of the Founder’s Circle relationship. A valid payment method is collected securely during enrollment, but the customer is charged $0 during the seven-day trial. Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, Founder’s Circle begins after the trial at $67 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout experience must present the trial period, the recurring price, automatic-billing authorization, and cancellation terms before enrollment is completed. Founder’s Circle has no Vantage™ success share on customer sales. AI Persona Video Rendering, where offered, is a separate monthly add-on with the video allowance, maximum finished-video duration, price, and billing interval displayed before purchase. The Public Beta Persona Video plans do not impose automatic per-video overage charges: when the included allowance is exhausted, rendering is blocked until the allowance resets or you select an available higher plan. Growth Partnership, where offered, has separate eligibility and custom commercial terms. Taxes may apply depending on location and applicable law.

7. Cancellation, trial conversion, and refunds

You may cancel Success Start during the seven-day trial through the supported billing-management flow. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay $0 for Success Start and the Founder’s Circle recurring membership does not begin. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the saved payment method is charged the disclosed $67 monthly Founder’s Circle price and the recurring membership begins. You may cancel a recurring subscription through the supported billing-management flow; cancellation generally prevents future renewal while access may continue through the paid billing period, subject to Stripe status and the terms presented at checkout. Refund eligibility, where offered or legally required, is determined by the applicable purchase terms and law. Contact Support for billing concerns. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, cooling-off, or other mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in a customer’s jurisdiction.

8. Public Beta

Beta features may change, fail, be limited, or be removed. Capacity may be capped. Some capabilities may be available only as preparation or internal workflow even when later versions are intended to support external execution. The additional Public Beta Terms form part of these Terms for Beta participation.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Vantage™ to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate or deceptively portray a real person without authorization, create fraudulent endorsements, mislead customers through fraudulent claims, generate non-consensual intimate or exploitative material, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious software, abuse integrations, evade platform rules, or direct the Operator to perform activity you are not authorized to perform. You must comply with the terms and disclosure rules of third-party platforms where you publish Vantage-assisted content.

10. Your content

You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You grant the service the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, and use that content to operate the requested Vantage™ features, maintain product state, secure the service, and improve reliability as described in the Privacy Notice.

11. AI Persona Video, likenesses, and generated media

If you provide a photograph, reference image, voice, persona description, logo, product image, or other source material for AI-assisted media creation, you represent that you own or have the permissions, consents, and other rights needed for that use. You may not submit another person’s likeness or voice for realistic synthetic-media generation without appropriate authorization. Vantage™ may require an affirmative consent attestation before rendering and may block a render where that attestation is absent.

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party rights in source material, you may use media delivered to your account for your business purposes. AI-generated media can resemble existing material or contain artifacts, and Vantage™ does not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, suitable for a particular advertising claim, or accepted by a destination platform. You remain responsible for reviewing the finished asset, securing any required music, trademark, testimonial, endorsement, or publicity rights, making legally or platform-required AI/synthetic-media disclosures, and approving publication.

12. Vantage™ materials

The Vantage™ product, software, workflows, interface, scoring models, system designs, branding, and other service materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

13. Third-party and open-source services

Vantage™ depends on infrastructure, AI, payment, integration, and open-source software or model components. Their outages, API changes, permissions, algorithms, licenses, policies, and service availability can affect Vantage™. Where you connect a third-party account or use content subject to third-party rights, you remain responsible for complying with applicable terms. Vantage™ may change an underlying provider or model while preserving the customer-facing capability and applicable plan terms where reasonably possible.

14. Availability, geography, and changes

Vantage™ is operated from the United States and may be accessed online from multiple jurisdictions. Online accessibility does not mean every feature, payment method, integration, offer, or regulated use is available or appropriate in every location. Vantage™ may limit, localize, suspend, or decline a capability or geography where reasonably necessary for law, platform rules, security, rights, payment availability, sanctions, or operational readiness. Planned and emergency maintenance can interrupt access. During Beta, feature boundaries and pricing for future cohorts may change; changes to an existing paid relationship will be handled according to the applicable billing terms and law.

15. Mandatory local rights

These Terms are not intended to waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit a customer to waive. If local consumer, privacy, digital-service, cancellation, refund, disclosure, or other mandatory law applies to your use of Vantage™, those mandatory requirements control to the extent of any unavoidable conflict with these Terms. Vantage™ may request reasonable location or transaction information when needed to administer an applicable legal right.

16. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business decision or publication. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Customers should maintain appropriate backups, reviews, approvals, and independent professional advice for high-stakes legal, tax, medical, financial, regulatory, advertising, publicity-rights, or other specialized decisions.

17. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, nonpayment, abuse, rights complaints, harmful synthetic media, legal requirements, harmful automation, or material violation of these Terms. Where practical, Vantage™ should provide notice and a path to resolve the issue.
